Diagnosing Via Modem:

Unfortunately, the “free-ware” modem communicator application needed for Alert! to diagnose and fix problems via the phone lines was not ready for shipment when Alert! 1.0 was completed.

But since it will be a free application that can be shared with anyone, it will be posted on CompuServe, America Online, AppleLink, and other online services as soon as it is ready. Our current estimated month in which this application will be available is May, 1993.
